In celebration of the Bank's culture, LNB celebrated its staff at its Annual WOW! Employee event held on September 26 this year at Roseland Bowl in Canandaigua, NY.

Dedicated to recognizing the hard work of staff members throughout the year, the WOW! celebration is an opportunity for LNB co-workers to gather, socialize and celebrate their dedicated service to the Bank. With full support from the Board of Directors, all 15 branch offices closed for business at 3 p.m. to allow over 200 employees to participate in the festivities.

Three employees were recognized with top honors that included a plaque presentation and cash awards. Angela Merola received the President's Employee of the Year Award, Angelo Battoglia received the Breakthrough Employee of the Year Award, and Wendy DiSanto received the Rookie of the Year Award.
