Lyons National Bank (LNB) broke ground on their new Perinton Office on Wednesday, May 6. The ceremony celebrated the bank's first full-service branch in Monroe County. Located at 1314 Fairport Road in Fairport, NY, the new Branch is scheduled to open this August. "As we continue to expand into new communities, we are dedicated to delivering added value to our customers and providing banking that is centered on personal service and community development," said Tom Kime, COO. "The Perinton community has been very supportive in this development process. We look forward to better serving this customer base through the new office."

Encompassing a 1.2 acre site, the new location will include a new 5,176 square foot building that will feature a community room (open to the public for meeting space) and offices for staff dedicated to commercial lending, mortgage origination and financial services. The site will also feature a scenic public green space. Working in conjunction with the Fairport Partnership design committee, LNB will develop a "pocket" park that will be tied to the Perinton Park sidewalks and trails.
