The Lyons National Bank (LNB) recently promoted 11 employees who have excelled in their respective positions. "I am pleased to acknowledge the following individuals for their outstanding performance," said Tom Kime, CEO and president of LNB. "The commitment exhibited by these team member made them exceptional candidates for promotion."

  • Melonie Tiffany, director of internal audit, was promoted to senior vice president. Tiffany joined LNB in 2007 and has over 26 years of bank industry experience. Managing a team of auditors, she ensures the Bank maintains the highest industry standards in operations and compliance. She was awarded the professional designation of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2016.
 
  • Barbara Hennessy, director of marketing, was promoted to senior vice president. Hennessy joined LNB in 2013 and oversees the Bank's marketing and communications activities. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from SUNY Oswego and was awarded the professional designation of Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) from the American Bankers Association in 2016.
 
  • Amanda McDonald, senior credit administrator, was promoted to senior vice president. McDonald joined LNB in 2005. She oversees a team of underwriters and is responsible for ensuring the safety and soundness of our lending practices. McDonald holds a master's degree in business administration from SUNY Oswego.
 
  • Danielle Ayers, director of human resources, was promoted to vice president. Ayers is responsible for overseeing all functions within the Human Resources department, including benefits, compensation, internal policies and compliance. Ayers holds a master's degree in management from Keuka College.
 
  • Carol Snook, corporate executive secretary, was promoted to vice president. Reporting directly to the chairman of the board, Snook's administrative oversight includes LNB's board of directors and Lyons Bancorp activities. She is a primary liaison for shareholder relations.
 
  • Jenna DeBrock, executive administrative assistant, was promoted to assistant vice president. Joining LNB in 2015, DeBrock served as marketing assistant before accepting the position of executive administrative assistant to the Bank's president in 2017. DeBrock holds a master's degree in management from Keuka College.
 
  • Leah Hodge, branch manager at LNB's Penn Yan office, was promoted to assistant vice president. Hodge joined LNB in 2017 as a member of the lending team. In 2022, she was appointed branch manager in Penn Yan. A native of Penn Yan, Hodge holds a bachelor's degree from Buffalo State College.
 
  • Mackenzie Roberts, commercial/agricultural loan representative, was promoted to banking officer. Roberts joined LNB in 2019 as the assistant branch manager in the Seneca County office. In 2021, she transitioned to LNB's lending department where she specializes in Ag lending in the Yates and Ontario county markets. Roberts holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Keuka College.
 
  • Andrew Feinberg, mortgage specialist, was promoted to banking officer. Working from LNB's Farmington office, Feinberg is responsible for assisting existing and new customers with their mortgage needs. He serves on the Greater Rochester Realtors Association Equitable Opportunities in Real Estate Committee as Vice Chair. Feinberg is a graduate of Hobart & William Smith Colleges with bachelor's degree in Sociology and International Relations.
 
  • Michael Warner, business data analyst, was promoted to banking officer. Warner joined LNB in 2021 and serves many areas of the Bank with analytical assistance. He has eight years of experience in banking and holds a bachelor's degree in business economics with a minor in computer applications from SUNY Cortland.
 
  • Maureen Conner, assistant branch manager at LNB's Jordan office, was promoted to branch manager and banking officer. Conner joined LNB in 2008 and has held numerous positions at the Jordan office. She is very involved in community activities and is a seasoned banker with her many years of experience at LNB.
